with Ordering:
Bridal Gowns
Before ordering your gown please be sure to have your measurements
taken as we need this information as well as your personal and
payment details.
Please also review our return policy below.
When filling in the order form please make payment
in one currency, either in Pound Sterling or in Canadian Dollars
and indicate which you are paying in.
Shipping for all gowns is either £20 or $50CAD depending on which
country you are shipping to.
If you are ordering outside of the UK or Canada please contact
a sales representative for shipping costs, although they will
be similar to these prices.
Our shipping has a guaranteed delivery time or 5 - 7 days and
is insured. Once your order is dispatched we will contact you
with a delivery date.
Canadian purchases are liable to 7% GST. UK sales tax is included
in the price.
We will be pleased to answer any of your questions.
If for any reason you need to speak to a sales representative
then use the link below to take you to the 'Contact
Us' page which has contact numbers that you can phone to speak
to us in person.
We will be pleased to accommodate your preferences on your bridal
gowns purchase.
If you require a dress with long sleeves or capped sleeves or
any other modifications then call to discuss this possibility
with a sales person.
Remember, our Bridal Gowns are NOT manufactured, they are not
taken off a shelf or out of storage and sent to you - they
are tailored specifically for you to your sizing
specifications and to your preferences, right from scratch
when you place your order.
Return Policy:
Bridal Gowns
Due to the nature of Bridal Gowns we cannot accept returns. Also
because we make your gown individually we cannot resell it if
you return it.
Unlike most Bridal Shops we do not manufacture our Gowns.
Most Bridal wear that is ‘off the shelf’ is made wholesale and
cut and sewn in bulk. Your gown is cut and sewn when you place
your order with us.
We do not produce stock on Bridal wear thus your gown will not
be off a shelf or made a standard size. It is of designer style
and quality therefore your gown is made individually for you.
If you require any alterations to the design, e.g., long rather
then short sleeves, please contact a sales representative to discuss
this with them.
We want to ensure that your purchase is as stress-free as possible.
Once your order is placed we will confirm it by contacting you
by email or letter and give you a more exact time for when your
gown will be completed.
Once your gown is ready we will contact you to inform you of
when it will be shipped and an approximate date of delivery to
you.
Please be assured that your gown is made specifically for you
to your exact measurements. This is why we urge you to obtain
correct measurements from a reputable seamstress. Please indicate
whether you have measured in inches or centimetres. Your dress
will be made to the measurements that you provide so double check
them. We also sew into your gown extra seam allowance so if you
do need to adjust it for any reason then this will be possible.
All our gowns are checked, packed and shipped by a director of
the company. |

Help with Ordering:
Temple
Dresses
Before ordering your temple clothing please consult the sizing
chart.
If unsure it is always advisable to order a size larger rather
then smaller.
Hems may need adjusting for more petite customers.
Please also review our return policy below.
We accept personal cheques, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
Please allow extra time for cheques to be processed and cleared.
Shipping costs are either $9 CAD for residents of Alberta or
£3.50 for UK purchases.
For the USA we charge $12CAD shipping.
Shipping costs outside these areas will be calculated and will
be charged onto your credit/debit card.
If you live outside these areas, please feel free to contact
us for a calculation of shipping.
We aim to keep shipping as low as possible.
Canadian residents please add 7% sales tax to your order.
UK sales tax is included (and reflected) in the price.
We aim to fill orders within 2 days and shipping will normally
take up to 3 days, therefore you can expect to receive your order
within a week.
Please be aware that if we are out of stock it will take longer
to fill your order.
We will normally contact you in this case and let you know the
waiting time which would normally be between 3 and 6 weeks.
Return Policy:
Temple Dresses
We are happy to refund or exchange your temple clothing up to
30 days after purchase provided it is not worn or soiled.
Please return it in it’s original packaging to the address
opposite.
Please remember to include your name and address and payment
details if requesting a refund.
Unfortunately shipping cannot be refunded although if an exchange
is made we will not recharge you for shipping.
